No (and yes but do not do that), it makes no sense :)
The code-lts version is a better version of the actual brozot one.

I do not see what error you could get, you can just switch to the code-lts version
Here is the diff for the first version I released, as you can see there is no source file changed: 1.3.0...code-lts:1.4.0
So there are compatible :)
