Fixes minor issue with V2 on U6 pad, no other significant changes.

V2 of board changes power rails to +8V and -8V linear regulators. Hopefully this will fix the noise issue.

V1 - Initial Board

This board has a few minor errors found after printing but all easily fixable.
D6 - Orientation backwards
U3 - VCC- should be tied to -6V net and not grounded
Pad spacing for axial resistors is not ideal
