As of time of writing, the latest verion of Vanilla is 4.20.1 and most changes since 4.18.3 do not affect React Components; they are updates to Jinja macro patterns, documentation, or docs site Python dependencies.

There is one CSS change in 4.20.0: the creation of the new horizontal section list variant (see PR). However, I'm not aware of any plans currently to implement this in React Components, so this PR probably doesn't need to be merged until such time as a relevant bugfix or feature needed in React Components is released.

Vanilla 4.20.2 includes a bug fix for the width of the tabs list border (see PR).
