Summary
Bump both npm and cannon packages to its latest versions v2.1.1 and v2.1.0 respectively.
We continue to support contracts on rollups version 1, but for version 2, this change is a replacement rather than an addition. Therefore, applications deployed using contracts v2.0.0 will not be indexed.
