Document TrustedRouter OpenAI-compatible setup

This pull request documents how to use TrustedRouter with Chatbox through the existing custom OpenAI-compatible provider path. TrustedRouter is an open-source, verifiable attested router for privacy-sensitive workflows with zero prompt and output logging by default.

The docs use the base URL https://api.trustedrouter.com/v1 and show trustedrouter/auto for the OpenAI-compatible eval harness.
