Rewrite the Browse library section for the new Library page: the Tests / A11y violations / Quarantined summary bar, the tests and components time series, and the components and stories table. Replace library.png with the new Library Tests view and swap the page hero for the Library explainer, both wrapped in browser chrome. Remove the now-unused workflow-document.png.
