Currently WIP as we should probably do the following first:
Set up some kind of github action that uses buildkit for faster builds and support for build args.
Move the depmod step to kernel build process.

After this is ready and merged we can merge #11 and then remove the json steps from this Dockerfile.
Then we move on towards discovering all the missing kernel modules for things like connectivity tests.

This adds all the required changes to produce a working kind image.
After this is merged, we can improve the kernel config, as well as merge #11.
