New Features:

• Added Write-back Cache support for Amazon WorkSpaces Core machine catalogs.
• Added billing_mode support (hourly or monthly, defaults to hourly) for Amazon WorkSpaces Core machine catalogs.

Bugfixes:

• Fixed citrix_machine_properties showing permanent drift on tags, and repeatedly attempting a removal that could never succeed, when a tag was applied to the machine's delivery group, application group, or an application. Tags that only reach a machine by inheritance are no longer recorded as machine-level tags. Note: A configuration that worked around the drift by listing an inherited tag in tags will now plan to assign that tag to the machine directly. Remove it from tags to leave it inherited.
• Fixed citrix_policy_priority failing every apply with "policy IDs [...] in the policy set are not found in the policy_priority list" once the policy set contained a policy that policy_priority did not name — for example after a policy was added or modified in Studio. policy_priority now controls the relative order of the policies it names, and any other policy in the set is given lower priority instead of failing the apply.
• Fixed citrix_policy_priority reporting a spurious in-place update, with policy_names shown as (known after apply), when the policy set contained a policy the configuration did not manage.
• Fixed citrix_policy_priority sending a policy twice in the same priority request when policy_priority named it more than once, and it is now rejected at plan time where the IDs are known.
• Fixed an issue where citrix_tag reported drift and failed with Provider produced inconsistent result after apply. The scopes attribute of citrix_tag now fails at plan time on sites that cannot assign admin scopes to tags, instead of being silently ignored. Support for this feature is rolling out soon.
• Fixed citrix_delivery_group not refreshing autoscale_settings.power_time_schemes from the site. Fixes [Bug] citrix_delivery_group refreshing state of autoscale_settings #374
