This is the workflow from the hackathon that computes a 3D gaussian blur, mean threshold and masked voronoi labelling on the test dataset.

Hello @grahamross123,

I know the PR is from a while ago, but if you are still reachable, I'd like to attempt to merge it (with the new API). But before that, is there a way to make the dataset public ? In the ideal scenario the n5 dataset is fully public and can be accessed remotely. Otherwise, it could be uploaded for instance in Zenodo and cached locally the first time the demo is executed (like in here:

File source_file = DatasetHelper.getDataset("https://zenodo.org/records/5101351/files/Raw_large.tif");
)

Let me know!

@NicoKiaru Not sure which dataset is this n5 but we got several other data from CZI project for CLIJ / clEsperanto that we can reused instead.

This cell culture image can be replaced by the mouse brain image with nuclei marking in this zenodo provided to us by Theresa Suckert, OncoRay, University Hospital Carl Gustav Carus, TU Dresden.

Hope that help

Realistically I won't have time to work on this before a while. I tag this issue an enhancement as this PR would bring an extra demo code, but the repo in its current shape is already working.
