Changes proposed in this pull request:

  • Add diego_api_bbs_lb_target_group as an eligible vm_extension
  • Add diego_api_bbs_private_ipv4_address_az1 & ...2 to the reserved ip list to exclude the new load balancer which has been pinned to .250
  • Part of https://github.com/cloud-gov/private/issues/2810

security considerations

Secrets are in terraform
