hotfix/add pvc to namespace

This fix will add the PVC to the odoo namespace.

Update to odoo 11

Update to the latest stable odoo version 11.
Improve documentation.
Add namespace.

Split examples

Split examples into standalone odoo example and minikube.

First working version
