Updated the workflow to copy the entire test directory instead of just atmos.yaml.
Added a step to set up atmos in the GitHub Actions workflow.
Removed setup step for atmos and related commands.
Add conditional logic to handle plan storage in action.yml.
Add logic to handle plan change output and summary file.
Removed unnecessary echo statements before the terraform output command.
