This will need some more research before pushing.
Currently event happens on quest start, and will after RP finishs complete the quest.
Videos and Sniffs from Classic showed that the quest is autocompleted and the RP happens after finishing Quest.
ToDo: Find evidence for vanilla/tbc that this quest is autocompleted on accept or change script back to start
