This repository contains the R-scripts that were used to generate the results presented in "Large-scale Proteomics Profiling of Peripheral Blood of DM1 patients identifies biomarkers for disease severity and functional capacity" by van As et al. [publication link to be added].

R_scripts: Contains all R-scripts used for the statistical analyses

Figure_scripts: Contains all R-scripts used to generate the figures and some of the tables of the publication.

Results: The full list of significant protein group associations with the CTG-repeat and 6MWT scores, as well as the table containing all Variable Inclusion Probabilities, will be made available on GitHub after publication.
