The Instagram link in website footer leads to an Instagram account that is inactive and seems to have been hacked. It currently points to https://www.instagram.com/humans.of.cloudnative/ so in this PR is updated it to point to the Instagram account that is on the cncf.io website. https://www.instagram.com/cloudnativecomputingfoundation/.
