The scripts found with in this repository are used to create and manintain the Resilience Institute Bridging Biological Training and Research (RIBBiTR) database. The data contained within the database has individual level characteristics for Amphibian and Batrachochytrium dendrobatidis (Bd) populations, as well as, antimicrobial peptide, antibody, and microbiome community characteristics. The data originate from Brazil, Panama, and the US (Pennsylvania, Sierra Nevadas, Vermont, New Mexico, Louisana, and Tennesse). The temporal scale ranges from 1995, for limited sites, with planned data collection until 2026. RIBBiTR is an NSF funded institute.
