https://github.com/jerwallace/aws-robomaker-workshops/blob/master/static/cfn/bootstrap.cfn.yaml is the upstream location for the CF template that is then hosted in S3 at https://s3.amazonaws.com/assets.robomakerworkshops.com/cfn/bootstrap.rover.cfn.yaml - my earlier script had named the variable differently - but since the upstream has already been fixed I changed my script to match.
