feat: Add MagicEden marketplace & launchpad actions

Description

This PR adds a new Magic Eden Action Provider to AgentKit, enabling NFT trading and launchpad management functionality across multiple blockchains (Solana and EVM chains) through Magic Eden's marketplace.

Key features:

• NFT trading actions (buy, list, make/take offers, cancel listings/offers, etc)
• Launchpad management (create, publish, update)
• Multi-chain support (Solana, Ethereum, Base, Polygon, etc.)
