archiesdkto the options list in the Custom compiler build workflow so we can trigger a build of the ArchieSDK GCC 8.5.0 cross-compiler for the Acorn Archimedes.Part of compiler-explorer/compiler-explorer#7982. The misc-builder PR (compiler-explorer/misc-builder#127) has already been merged.
