This PR introduces the TaskVault-Incentive-Dapp, a decentralized application (DApp) built on the Core blockchain. The DApp enables admins to create, assign, and validate tasks, while users can claim and complete tasks with reward points. The entire system operates using smart contracts, ensuring a decentralized and transparent way to manage tasks and rewards.
