It’s also possible to include a pre-built version of the extension to this repo, so users can just download it without needing to clone the repo and build; is that desirable? If so, we can make Github Releases that people can download the extension from. |

Apple has crippled Safari extensions, meaning you can’t distribute them without paying $99/yr to the Apple Developer Program, but you can build the extension without signing it, and have people install it if they allow unsigned extensions.
I added building and installing instructions to the README to that effect.
