Dependency Graph + Catalog Overhauls

Changes to dependency visualizers:

Repo View

• Allows repo view to filter on packages
• Allows repo view to toggle transitive relationships
• Allows repo view to switch between viewing members, non members, and both

Spack view:

• Allows Spack view to toggle transitive dependencies
• Allows Spack view to switch between viewing members, non members, and both

In progress:

Graph Views

• Center selected/searched node
• Allow for better node labels beyond mouse tool tip
• Colored dots based on metrics
• "Back" functionality from click to focus on dot and package filter
• Switch default Spack view to dependencies not dependents
• Ability to search all components of the graph, not just CASS members

Catalog:

• Add CDash references - see Add CDash links to catalog view #15
• Add gitlab repos
