dist/ is the universal convention for actually distributing the library. build/ for temporary build artifacts for tests.
it's still a peer dependency of an eslint plugin in the root, though.
Inexplicably, it isn't auto-detecting like it should.

Found a workaround.yarn pack-webwas failing in thestargatepackage because:@cosmjs/cryptowas being bundled into thebuild/directory, along with all its dependencies recursively;"devDependencies"and not in"dependencies";@noble/hashes, has a particular file that varies in its resolution depending on the environment being node or not-node;cryptoNode.js) into build/;webpackruns, where it will resolve to the not-node code (crypto.js).--external=@cosmjs/cryptowas needed.
