For the shear ratio measurement in DES Y6, we will use only two SRs, which are the geometrical ones, instead of the nine used in the DES Y3 analysis. To accommodate this change, we had to slightly modify the likelihood. That’s why I created the new folder des-y6/shear-ratio, which contains the updated shear_ratio_likelihood_Y6.py. Now, if we want to run a chain with SR, we simply call the path that points to the new likelihood.
