The will enable login via Crowd SSO.
When X_CROWD_SSO is set to true, the default authenticator implementation will be changed to ConfluenceCrowdSSOAuthenticator. Also, -Dcrowd.properties=${CONF_HOME}/crowd.properties is appended to CATALINA_OPTS
