Summary

  • adds an opt-in Show expected times setting to cuesheet/table settings
  • uses existing runtime offset expected-time calculation for Start and End cells
  • keeps saved rundown times unchanged; the option only affects displayed browser/table values

Fixes #1563

Validation

  • pnpm --filter ontime-ui lint
  • pnpm --filter ontime-ui typecheck
  • pnpm --filter ontime-ui build
