Add Sharpe Rug Check to token analysis

Adds Sharpe Rug Check to the Token Analysis section.

This is scoped to the Solana-token-safety use case rather than the broader Sharpe terminal. It fits next to the existing DexScreener, Sentinel Signals, RugCheck, and Solscan token-analysis resources as a scanner for contract, liquidity, holder, and trading-risk checks.

Following up on this Solana token-analysis addition. Sharpe Rug Check fits the repo as a token safety scanner for Solana workflows, including SPL/Token-2022 risk review, authority checks, liquidity/holder signals, and risk scoring.
