I did a significant portion of the work and am now graphing. I forgot to save and commit on git, and I am gravely disapointed at myself for it.
also added a plot for all, it seems correct but is very ugly
this one is right, because I filtered out all the other cities, which I did before but didnt save during the crash.
and thus the pipeline for creating these graphs is established. There are some issues with discontinous lines that must be resolved later, but as an exploration not too shabby
will reformat with excess code saved and labeled for future reference. This will be useless to me and unreadable unless I reformat and label now.
also cleaned the excess code and organized/labeled what I did for the graph in q2
used sacramento instead of santaclara
made parks_june with some filters, renames, and mean functions
for q4, part 3
