THEORY_MAP.md: derivation chain, concept index (40+ entries), milestone map,
and entry points by audience. README.md: removed legacy CIP/TinyCIMM/SCBF
references, updated ecosystem, kept GAIA models section. PACSeries v0.3:
initial paper directories for cascade clock, quantum gravity, symmetry primitive.

M12 (49/52, 94%): Connection = addition = ADE. SU(2)+SU(3) only Fibonacci-compatible
types. SEC complexification A_1 -> SL(2,C) -> SO(3,1). Laws as basin attractors.

M13 core (48/52, 92%): Identity IS complement. Complement spectrum determines orbits.
Definitional parallax, Weyl group from complement-transformations, full Lorentz derivation.
Complete chain: self-loop -> phi -> PAC -> ADE -> complement -> Weyl -> SL(2,C) -> ds^2 -> c -> proper time.

M13.5 stress testing + refinement (5/16 investigation):
- PSD degeneracy proven FUNDAMENTAL (exp_16: 0/4, all 4 alternative metrics fail on all 6 ADE diagrams)
- Random graph paradox partially explained (exp_17: 2/4, density + spectral radius)
- Coherence limit non-universal (exp_15: 0/4, speed limit is geometric not Fibonacci-arithmetic)
- Key discovery: failures map gauge structure. Same-orbit = gauge-equivalent.

Derives quantum mechanics from orbit structure on ADE graphs:
- Orbit Hilbert space L²(V/Aut(G)) resolves M13's PSD degeneracy
- D_4 (S_3) is ONLY ADE type with non-abelian Aut → genuine quantum uncertainty
- Born rule from orbit measure, interference from SEC complexification
- Measurement as gauge fixing with built-in SEC arrow
- Entanglement from product graphs, Robertson uncertainty from non-commutativity

11 experiments (44 tests), 12 links in derivation chain verified.
4 honest failures all confirm: DFT QM is algebraic/gauge-theoretic, not positional.
13 predictions registered including new P13 (Bell violation topology-dependence).

PAC-Theoretic Unification section formalizes QV↔M14↔corpus connections:
- Prop 1: Orbit H-space = H⁰ of confluent-identity sheaf (answers open Q#12)

Key results: D_4 S=2.514 (89% Tsirelson), A_4 S=2.685 matches
PAC Fibonacci prediction 2.683 to 0.09%, full SU(2) reaches
Tsirelson bound to machine precision. New ADE invariant: Bell

Orbit Laplacian H = L_orb acts as legitimate Hamiltonian on orbit

Multi-path interference on A_5 (3 orbits, visibility 0.87).

Classical limit matches infinite-time theory to <0.2%.
Spin-boson model on orbit space: H_int = lam * sigma_z x H_env.
Exact decoherence function D(t) = |<0|exp(-2i*lam*H_env*t)|0>| matches

Paper 10: Connection, Identity, and Spacetime — derives Lorentz group,
invariant interval, speed of light, and proper time from ADE graph
structure via SEC complexification. Sources M12 (94%) + M13 (85%).

Paper 11: Quantum Mechanics from Graph Structure — derives orbit Hilbert
space, Born rule, Bell violation, Schrodinger equation, path integral,
Zeno effect, and decoherence from ADE automorphisms. Sources M14 (91%)
+ P13-P16 (100%). The crown jewel: full QM formalism without postulating
any quantum axioms.

Also updates v0.3_PLANNING.md with May 2026 results (M12-M14, P13-P16).
Standalone entry point to the 11-paper series. Covers the framework
(PAC/SEC), three derivation branches (number theory, spacetime, QM),
master precision table, three key derivations (Feigenbaum 13 digits,
Lorentz from ADE, D_4 quantum uniqueness), honest failures, 30+
falsifiable predictions with timelines, and reading paths by field.

~4500 words, designed for a 30-minute read by a working physicist.

artifacts from the index (working tree untouched, no history rewrite).
Reproducibility moves to the RELEASES.yaml ledger: git_commit + source_hash
+ package sha256 per release; canonical copies live on Zenodo.

Prepare PACSeries v0.3 (Papers 7-12) for release: fix content/consistency issues,
run a de-LLM-ism voice pass, and build full reproducibility packages (Code/Data/Figures/
meta/README/tex) to the v0.2 gold standard. Papers 7-11 run-verified; Paper 12 data-gated.

Adversarial verification caught and corrected six over-attributions (logged in the
changelog as Imperfection-Engine collapse events), incl. the Paper 11 Bell saturation
and Paper 8 bounce-time conflations. Added HOW_TO_READ.md and per-paper epistemic-status
blocks stating the evolving-program / A-B-C-tiered / reproducible stance.

No changes to published v0.1/v0.2. New tooling: md_to_tex.py (pandoc-free).

Compile all six v0.3 papers to paper.pdf (tectonic/XeTeX), matching the v0.2 gold
standard. md_to_tex.py fixes required for XeTeX: load amssymb before unicode-math (\eth
clash), auto-brace macro sub/superscripts (unicode-math needs _{\mathbb{C}}), and stack
the author/metadata block. paper.tex regenerated for all six.

PACSeries v0.3: compiled paper PDFs (v0.2 parity)

Registered before any data: ADE-cascade round 1 (diagram selectivity,
affine-vertex reading of the k-1 offset, mode-count bridge) with locked
decision rules and inconclusive branches per the midnight invariant-
registration discipline; M15 exp_05 K1 (odd-harmonic, 46/15 and 352/105)
vs K2 (Fibonacci, 21/8 and 55/21) discriminator with k=2 anchor gate.
No ADE-coupling cascade and no k>2 holonomy has been run as of this commit.

energy_cascade gains optional coupling_matrix (default bit-identical to
legacy; verified G1 kernel identity 0.0, G2 per-scale diff 0.0, G3
baseline -1.6126 vs -1.6083 ref) and records psd_shift per scale (threat
T1). coupling.py: graph-distance kernels on Dynkin diagrams reusing
milestone12 DynkinDiagram + milestone15 build_cycle. exp_01/exp_02
implement the locked R1/R3 and R2 rules; code committed before any
registered arm has been run.

R1: diagram topology sets the exponent at equal rank (E<D<A at ranks 6-8,
separations 20-90x CI half-width). [D] the legacy engine's 3.3% miss of
-5/3 is an A-family artifact: D_8 = -1.6624, 0.26% from Kolmogorov.
R2: affine-vertex reading of k-1 KILLED per registered rule (median
rho=0.91, direction reversed — cycle closure steepens). R3: mode-count
map survives kernel swap. exp_05: anchor 8/3 to 6e-8; L3=5.4913,
L4=11.1863 kill both K1 (odd-harmonic) and K2 (Fibonacci) — general-k
limit OPEN, no post-hoc fit; Z2 even-telescoping universal (det H=+1).
Anchor gate caught+disclosed a sign-convention instrument bug (VOID run
recorded in results).

Vorticity-streamfunction, 2/3 dealiased, RK4, backend-agnostic (numpy
now, torch swap = GPU port). Taylor-Green exact to machine precision;
energy budget closes to 4e-9; resolution-consistency on the common
resolved band to 1.1e-8, with the gate-design history (two rejected
wrong-test variants) documented in the script. Instrument qualification
only -- no physics claims at v0; registered measurement runs follow on
the 3090.

Derivation (developed after exp_05 data, disclosed): the general-k limit
generator is G[j',j] = 4jj'/(j'^2-j^2) for odd j'-j — the box momentum
matrix element, parity selection rule included. Explains the K1/K2 double
death (L_k leaves Q for k>=3: L3 = 8*sqrt(106)/15). Registered exp_06
predictions L5=17.010952, L6=25.778092 with 0.1% CONFIRM / 1% KILL rule;
committed before any k=5,6 computation.

Anchors reproduce k=2,3,4 to ~5e-8; registered predictions L5=17.010952,
L6=25.778092 confirmed at 6.7e-7 / 1.1e-6; entrywise generator match to
~1e-5 at m=2000 (up to diagonal gauge). Curvature of the complement-frame
connection = momentum; parity selection rule = local face of the Z2 whose
global ledger is det H = +1 (SEC-local/PAC-global in miniature).

Propagates the audit corrections (Xi-in-NS, MED-NS proofs, pac_dag_fluid,
She-Leveque beta renaming, exp_15 800x->1063x, A-family artifact / D_8,
F6/F4 retirement + momentum-operator resolution) into the living registry;
lists the three preprints still carrying uncorrected claims as open,
pending owner review.
The prior-formulation preprints are the earlier layer of the lineage,
not drift to fix; corrections are layered forward per the Imperfection
Engine. Revising them is the author's call, not required for correctness.

Adversarial panel review (2026-07-17) caught a declarative leak in the
Consequences section: 'same object under two boundary twists' asserted
what is an open conjecture conflating three distinct Z2 candidates and
p-hat with p-hat-squared. Amended to conditional with the cutoff
arithmetic on record: 1+pi/55 = 3/(2N*) exactly at non-integer
N*=3F10/2pi=26.2606; integer-N spectral ratio tends to 1. The
registrable question is stated. Own-draft fix on the unmerged branch,
disclosed here.
