delete UDFs from 'when to turn static analysis off'

What are you changing in this pull request and why?

PR 69 is closed : dbt-labs/dbt-fusion#69

And this docs page exists: https://docs.getdbt.com/docs/build/udfs#defining-udfs-in-dbt

Looks like UDFs are supported in Fusion now? Can we delete them from this "when to turn off static analysis" page?
