After you add it, the file is automatically included by the build system.

NCSDK-29124: Can't set NSIB signing key using enviroment or comandline value while using childimage for a project.
Enviroment value SB_SIGNING_KEY_FILE and comand line value passing under '-DSB_SIGNING_KEY_FILE=<path_to_pem_file> are ignored by build system.
Instead auto-generated key is used for signing.

**Affected platforms:** nRF52 series, nRF5340, nRF91 series

**Workaround:** Always setting kconfig CONFIG_SB_SIGNING_KEY_FILE value for B0 childimage.
