Summary

  • Delete local check.yml, use dkdc-io/.github reusable workflow
  • Simplify ci.yml to thin shim calling org check.yml
  • Simplify release-python.yml to call org release-python.yml
  • Update release-rust.yml to use org check.yml and publish-crate composite action (idempotent, 30s sleep between crates)
  • Update release-github.yml to use org check.yml, bump Python to 3.14
  • Standardizes Python to 3.14 (was 3.13)
