This PR adds the ability to install iSponsorBlockTV as a systemd service. It adds a new script to install the service (
install.sh) as well as a script to uninstall the service (uninstall.sh). Installing the service created a new aliased command available to the user - iSponsorBlockTV. This command will auto-restart the service after running setup or setup-cli. See the included README for details.I've tested this and it works well :)
