updated integration RSEs injection scripts

These are the updated scripts used to transfer a production dataset to the integration cluster [1] in a recent ticket. This scripts are also the basis for the outline of the procedure at [2].

Thanks for the comments @haozturk, I've implemented the requested changes. Lmk if there's something else I should change. Originally I had used the root account as this was the way the original script was implemented and set the lists of rses as variables as per the original script but have changed them to be parsed as arguments.
