OpenSSF: fix bestpractices.dev entry URL (pre-rename org) + Silver/Gold questionnaire pass

The bestpractices.dev badge entry (project 12651) still points at https://github.com/infobloxopen/dns-aid-core (pre-rename). Because of this, OpenSSF Scorecard's CII-Best-Practices check reports 0/10 — it can't associate the badge with dns-aid/dns-aid-core.

@iracic82 — the entry is owned by your bestpractices.dev login, so these are yours (or add a co-owner login to the entry so others can help):

• Update the entry's repo URL and homepage URL to https://github.com/dns-aid/dns-aid-core (minutes; immediately recovers the Scorecard CII-Best-Practices score)
• Silver questionnaire pass — most criteria are already met; the evidence table to paste from is in docs/proposals/openssf-best-practices.md (PR docs: OpenSSF Best Practices proposal — Silver plan, Scorecard fixes, Gold roadmap #216), Phase 1
• Gold questionnaire pass — after the execution items in docs: OpenSSF Best Practices proposal — Silver plan, Scorecard fixes, Gold roadmap #216 Phase 4 land
• OSPS Baseline questionnaire — after the CI hardening (PR ci: coverage floor, hash-pinned build deps, reproducible-build check, fuzzing #218) lands, so answers are all "Met" on first submission
