In addition to the changes in doctrine#7011, document the `persistent` parameter for more drivers.
Do not hardcode allowed parameters in TestUtil

This merge is straightforward but given the recent releases of 3.10.0 and 4.3.0, I want to make sure I'm doing the merge the right way.
