AI-75: Update SDK to handle 404s by triggering generation

This PR updates the database SDK to handle 404 errors by triggering generation for non-existent resources.

Changes

• Updated the findOne method in the CollectionHandler class to handle 404s
• Updated the findOne method in the DatabaseClient class to handle 404s
• Added logic to make a request to trigger generation when a resource is not found

Features

• Instead of failing with a 404 error, the SDK now automatically triggers generation for non-existent resources
• The response includes status information about the generation process
