The first stable release. Scope, as assessed 2026-09-22: the WEB track goes stable; the native track (Photon) ships flagged experimental, the way Flutter 1.0 shipped mobile first and Blazor shipped Server first. The rule is SemVer's: whatever changes the public SHAPE lands before 1.0; whatever only ADDS comes in 1.x. Order of work: the defects a consumer meets (icons, the committed bundle, the SSR seam), the shape (what ships serves the app, the transpiler's fences, the contract the analyzer cannot see), the roadmap's own production-ready bar (budgets, browser debugging, the component harness, security), then the stability mechanism and the housekeeping at the cut.
