Description
Add hook and registered classes for model modification.
Allows for the model to be modified at first chance for optimisation or evaluation exploration.
What problem does this change solve?
Formalises a method to modify the model within an inference run
As a contributor to the Anemoi framework, please ensure that your changes include unit tests, updates to any affected dependencies and documentation, and have been tested in a parallel setting (i.e., with multiple GPUs).
