Union is not supported due to the denom length of 2 (au). We can't support this without changing a lot of CosmJS packages we use, so this isn't going to happen anytime soon without direct funding from Union.

Sei last restake doesn't work due to being unable to search for transactions using msg.sender. Sei TXs don't include the sending address in the msg.sender events. Removing the 'last restake' messaging for Sei only.
