Automated baseline update from weekly security sweep (2026-06-13). NEW-9 (medium): sessions write endpoint has no rate limit, agents can exhaust Redis memory. NEW-10 (low): Discord interaction endpoint missing 5-minute timestamp freshness check that Slack already enforces. Zero regressions found. Full report: #112
