Con esta PR se puede evitar el mensaje de error:
10197 Si el comprobante es Debito o Credito, enviar estructura CbteAsoc o PeriodoAsoc.Agregamos opciones como parametro al metodo comprobante_to_request y adicionalmente podemos
enviar la request con la opcion periodo_asoc.
También actualizamos rexml a la version 3.3.9 para resolver (#51)
