The `include_parallel_indexing` and `include_recall` params control skipping that part of the benchmark if not required. `include_initial_indexing` is useful for running against a pre-provisioned cluster with the data ingested. The index-and-search track now supports `initial_indexing_ingest_doc_count` (cherry picked from commit a4cda50)
