Pull request overview
Updates the shared data_centers configuration to correct existing data center metadata (coordinates and zone keys) and expand coverage by adding many missing cloud regions.
Changes:
- Corrected coordinates, display names, and/or
zoneKeymappings for several existing GCP/Azure/OVH entries. - Added a large set of new GCP regions (multiple continents) with
lonlat,zoneKey, and sources. - Added additional AWS and Azure regions that were previously missing.

Issue
We are missing quite a few datacenters and some of the coordinates and zone keys where wrong for the existing ones.
