Cerebellar Loop

Update the paths in the Run.ipynb and Run_Initializing.ipynb to reflect the paths

• path_gen: must be where you will have your code and functions
• path_code: must point to the git repository
• path_data: must point to (initially empty) file store for storage of network, input, and simulation output

To run:

• First, Run_Initializing.ipynb to generate a 'Seed', a frozen randomized network
• Then, edit Run.py (inside the Functions folder). Look for “directory=f'/mnt/Data/Elias/CerebellarLoop/Code/CPP/CPP_Standalone_output/{seed_number}” change the “/mnt/Data/Elias/“ part to your directory.
• Finally edit Run.ipynb and run for simulation, eg. exp_run_range changes the simulation time
