Port to YP scarthgap and AGL Super Salmon branch

This ports the meta-elisa layers to YP scarthgap and current AGL stable branches.

It builds against AGL master and Super Salmon release but needs commits in AGL to land there as well.

Visual review is looking nice. We may need to check this with the CI. I can imagine that the Docker container to build the demo requires some update.
@sudipm-mukherjee can we simply change the path and hash to the commit to check, if it builds in CI? Maybe our container image has some issues with the latest requirements. Maybe we need to combine this PR with elisa-tech/wg-automotive#57
