Description: This pull request introduces enhancements to the Plant Sciences page, making it a more comprehensive resource for researchers. The main goal is to improve guidance on modern data packaging standards for reproducibility (ISA, RO-Crate, ARC) and to streamline the document with up-to-date information.

@bianchini88 It is ready for review from our view. I removed the WIP part of the title to indicate that, but was not sure if it registered.
