A couple of changes that let the project compile

Now that some distributions have stopped including Python 2, I've just made some adjustments to src/generate.py so it can use Python 3.

Also, at least on my setup, src/algorithms/bruteforceByCost.hpp needs to include iostream because it does std::cout << something.
