How the feature works? / How did you fix the issue?
Added an explanation to the Structure Check window about the atom and bond IDs returned by some checks. The message also explains how users can visualize these IDs using the debugging options in Settings.
Added an E2E assertion to verify that the explanation is displayed correctly.
Verification
Verified manually in the standalone application.
Targeted Playwright test passed.
Autotest TypeScript and ESLint checks passed.
