Set and push cipher AES-256-CBC in the server and client configurations to avoid susceptibility to SWEET32 attacks. Harden the server and client configurations using the latest openvpn options.

These settings require the latest updates to Tunnelblick and the OpenVPN iOS client.

ECC options are included for tls-cipher to allow for future compatibility; however, these ECC options are not currently supported by the client.
